ABOUT ME

Annie Wolfert is a born and bred Indiana girl from Fishers, Indiana. She currently attends Ball State University studying Musical Theatre with a minor in American Sign Language.  She was raised by her loving parents and grew up alongside her older sisters, whom she looks up to in every aspect of her life.

Along with performing, Annie has spent a great deal of time within the show choir community. She is a new up and coming choreographer based in Indianapolis, choreographing for middle school and high school show choirs. After getting involved in this community at such a young age, she feels like the least she can do is give back to the people that have helped her become the performer she is today. She also wants to help guide and shape new upcoming performers.

In high school, Annie started volunteering at a Down Syndrome Achievement Center which helped spark her love for ASL. "Learning this new language gave me the ability to communicate at ease with some of the kids I loved hanging out with so much" (Annie).

Someday when Annie is grown up, she hopes to look back on her life and see that she influenced people of the younger generations, and was an example of leading with love and gratitude. "If I can leave the legacy of gratitude, I will feel like I accomplished something truly beautiful" (Annie).
